How effective are policies in your organization?


Is your organization effectively managing its policies and procedures?  Here are a few quick questions every organization should ask:

  • 1)       Do you have proper visibility of your organizations compliance in regards to business critical documents?
  • 2)      Do you feel like your organization is meeting increasingly demanding regulations?
  • 3)      Is it easy to update and replace old and out of date policies and procedures?
  • 4)      Can you easily keep up with the rising number and volume of documents in your organization?

If you can easily answer YES to all of these questions, chances are you have taken the time and energy into investing in a document management software.  Even if you must answer NO to even one of these questions, you must ask yourself if you are practicing the best practices in policy and procedure management.
